Ingredients
Brine

chicken breasts
skinless

water

salt

tbs
garlic

coriander seeds

cumin seeds

tsp
peppercorns

tbs
lemon juice
Spice Blend

tbs
ground cumin
1
tbs
curry powder
1
tbs
chili powder

tbs
ground allspice

tsp
ground cinnamon

tsp
ground pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the brine list in a zip-lock bag
top off with more water, place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
preheat oven 400
rinse the chicken, pat dry
allow the chicken to sit at room temp for 20 minutes
mix all ingredients from spice blend
give chicken a heavy coat of the spice blend
roast for 4 minutes, flip and roast for another 4. Check temperature and cook as needed.
Serve with Moroccan Dipping Sauce
