Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the brine list in a zip-lock bag
  2. top off with more water, place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
  3. preheat oven 400
  4. rinse the chicken, pat dry
  5. allow the chicken to sit at room temp for 20 minutes
  6. mix all ingredients from spice blend
  7. give chicken a heavy coat of the spice blend
  8. roast for 4 minutes, flip and roast for another 4. Check temperature and cook as needed.
  9. Serve with Moroccan Dipping Sauce
