- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbs garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs minced parsley

- place everything except the oil and herbs into the small food processor
- pulse a few times to blend
- with processor running slowly pour oil in through the drizzler until it is all just blended
- transfer to serving dish, fold herbs in
