  1. in soup pot saute onions, garlic, carrots for 5 minutes
  2. add salt, vegetable stock, and water
  3. bring to a low boil and cook for 20 minutes
  4. use immersion blender to make creamy
  5. add peanut butter and chili sauce, blend to smooth
  6. taste and adjust -- add salt, honey, chili, whatever
  7. fill bowls, drizzle with coconut milk, and sprinkle basil on top

  3. with processor running slowly pour oil in through the drizzler until it is all just blended

  1. Place all ingredients in the brine list in a zip-lock bag
  2. top off with more water, place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
  3. preheat oven 400
  4. rinse the chicken, pat dry
  5. allow the chicken to sit at room temp for 20 minutes
  6. mix all ingredients from spice blend
  7. give chicken a heavy coat of the spice blend
  8. roast for 4 minutes, flip and roast for another 4. Check temperature and cook as needed.
  9. Serve with Moroccan Dipping Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Grind oatmeal in little food processor
  3. Large bowl -- oatmeal, flour, baking powder, salt
  4. Small bowl -- oil, honey, milk
  5. Pour small into large, beat until soft dough.
  6. Form into a ball, place on oiled sheet.
  7. Bake 20 minutes. Eat warm, or cool on rack then wrap it.
