Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup wheat flour course is good
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt fine works better
- 1 1/2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs oil canola, or olive for different flavor
- 1 cup milk room temp

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Grind oatmeal in little food processor
- Large bowl -- oatmeal, flour, baking powder, salt
- Small bowl -- oil, honey, milk
- Pour small into large, beat until soft dough.
- Form into a ball, place on oiled sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes. Eat warm, or cool on rack then wrap it.
